The Certificate offers a basic introduction to IT yet provides the opportunity to acquire a range of skills that include creating spreadsheets, websites and solving IT problems.

The qualification also enable students to acquire and develop generic, and transferable skills such as being organized, and developing a personal development plan that can be applied to any qualification in further learning or employment.

Assessment will be through the completion of building a portfolio of evidence that each student will provide.
